Leon with out Jacket

This is my little brothers 2011 christmas present, so if you know him dont tell him
This is (Fashionista) Ken as Leon S Kennedy from RE4. This was made in about 8 hours and I didn't have the right color/ type of thread and I had to sew it all by hand because my sewing machine can't sew through leather.
I made his Jacket made of leather and suede, his t-shirt made of jersey, and his gun holster made out of left over leather. I ran out of large enough swatches of leather so one of his sleeves has two seams . . . forgive me. The guns are not to scale, I took them from a Lara Croft figure I have. I actually had quite a bit of fun with this, it is no where near perfect but I love him. For 8 hours of work I am very proud and I have never made clothes for Barbie or Ken before (except when I was a small child and had the Barbie Fashion Studio Computer Game). I did not make the pants or have time to replace his shoes. If I ever remake it both patterns need to be shrunk a little to be more "form fitting" cause Leon would not wear baggy Ts on the job. I thought about redoing his hair but was afraid of screwing it up.
Leon is my favorite so he is going to be really hard to hand over to my brother.
